It’s normal information now that job recruiters and hiring managers give no less than a cursory look at your social presence.
However what forms of conduct are flip-offs and what’s seen favorably?
Jobvite, in its 2015 Recruiter Nation Survey, requested recruiters about what they search for once they look at a candidate’s social profiles. Whereas most recruiters have been impartial about selfies, spelling errors in posts have been a serious no-no.
