The board of administrators at Twitter has a unique look, as Hugh Johnston and Martha Lane Fox are in, changing Peter Currie and Peter Chernin.
Twitter introduced the modifications to its board in a Form 8-K it filed with the Securities and Trade Fee final week, saying that they’ll take impact following its 2016 annual assembly.
The 2 new Twitter board members are:
- Johnston, vice chairman and chief monetary officer at PepsiCo, the place he has been since 1987 in quite a few roles.
