Facebook Creative Labs arrived with a lot fanfare when it was introduced in January 2014, however it departed quietly, together with a few of its stand-alone purposes.
CNET reported that Fb shuttered Fb Artistic Labs, and that three of its apps have been faraway from app shops: Slingshot, Rooms and Riff.
A Fb spokeswoman confirmed the removing of the apps to CNET, noting that that they had not been up to date lately and saying:
Since their launches, we have included parts of Slingshot, Riff and Rooms into the Fb for iOS and Android apps.
The social community advised CNET the shutdown of Fb Artistic Labs and the demise of Slingshot, Rooms (which can be shut down Dec. 23) and Riff didn’t imply the top for brand spanking new, stand-alone apps, pointing to raised performing examples reminiscent of Paper and Instagram apps Hyperlapse and Layout.
