Brazilian Delights

Greco Design created this vibrant and festive candy box. The packaging for these delights truly represents Brazil and its rich culture and heritage. The box, like a flower in bloom, opens to reveal delightful candied surprises.

“Embaré is one of Brazil’s major companies in the food business. Its name means ‘tasty tree’ in native indigenous language. It has just released the Brazilian Delights line. It includes milk caramels in six typical Brazilian fruit flavors: açai, mango, pitanga (Brazilian cherry), cupuaçu acerola and papaya. The request was for a tasting package with all six flavors. The product’s strong Brazilian nature and the origin of the flavors was fully exploited. The image portrays the indigenous legends retold over several generations about the fruits contained in the product. Woodcut printing was used to produce the illustrations on the packaging.”
